Upfront Pricing
All of our pricing is done on site before any work is performed. There are no surprises. American
Service Center always comes to the job site to give you a no nonsense complete written estimate. The tech will inform you of any and all of our options to repair or replace the garage door or opener. Upon your approval we can make repairs at that time, or you may choose to keep the estimate and send us on our way with no obligation.
Price quotes over the phone are usually highly inaccurate. Phone sales people are trained to quote you a price over the phone that is almost impossible for them to honor. Then when the repair man shows up the price most certainly will increase. The only accurate way to compare prices is to get a written estimate with a technician on site.
Same Day Service
If a technician is required, then we will coordinate with you the best time for our specially trained, experienced, uniformed technician to come to your house.
When the technician arrives he will asses the situation and provide you with your repair options complete with pricing information. You then make your choice. If you wish to have the work done, it can be done immediately. Our trucks are fully stocked and the technician is qualified to make all repairs at that time.
If you do not want any of the work done there is no obligation, the technician will leave and the estimate is good for 30 days.
